Ordered an Extra large and it's a men's extra large I think...way too bulky, had to take darts in the back. But it's warm and cozy anywayI tried 6 different robes before deciding this was the winner. What made this one so special? First off, it is SOFT! Not just a little "Oh, isn't this cozy." No, this robe is like "Call my boss and tell him I have to quit because I will never be leaving my house again because I refuse to wear anything other than this fabulous, crazy-soft, ultra-cozy robe! AND, I plan on marrying it!" OK, maybe I exaggerate the point a tiny bit, but this robe is amazingly soft, and I would wear it to work if I could.Next would be the fact that I am tall, and this robe is long enough both in length and the sleeves. I ordered the L/XL, although I am a very thin person, but I was afraid the S/M would be too short. Yes, I could easily fit another person inside this robe with me, but who cares! I bought it to wear at home and be incredibly warm and cozy in, and by-golly I am! And if I ever need to sneak a person into, say, the movies or a bar, I'll just tuck them inside my robe. (Note to self: watch for bars that have pajama night during Halloween.)And the third thing I loved about it is the warmth. It is super warm. Some mornings it is a little too warm once I start drinking hot tea, then I have to untie it and get some air flow. But I am never going to be cold while wearing this robe.BTW, whoever said it does not come with a belt is crazy. Of course it comes with a belt! If for some weird reason yours did not, obviously you need to contact the company.BUY this robe! It is wonderful!I like this product alot. I gave this as a gift to my mom and she has put it to use. She uses it every morning and it fits very well. I am rating this with a 4 instead of a 5 because of how the material has been worn out. I received a robe very similar to this one and mine looks pretty good, this one after 3 years looks worn down [maybe due to the washes]I like this robe very much. Because of other reviewers saying that the robe ran large, I bought the S/M, when I normally would have purchased a large to insure a roomy and luxurious fit. The reviewers were right....this robe seems larger than small/medium, and it fits perfectly. The only thing I would change are side pockets (inner) instead of patch pockets, and the belt loops made smaller. The blue color is deep and gorgeous and the acrylic pile is ultra soft. The quality so far seems good, but it has not yet been washed. It is not quite so long on me as shown on the model, and I am 5'5". Hopes this helps other potential purchasers.The fabric is very soft and luxurious. It is a bit thinner than I would have preferred. But I returned it because of the color. I ordered the light pink and it was much more intense than in the photo. It is a pretty color, so if you like bright things, you'll love it! It was just a bit to much to me. It was a bit close to pepto-bismal, which I don't mean as a criticism. Just so you know the pink is not 'light pink'. It is definitely PINK.Nice robe, nothing fancy but soft and very warm with big pockets. It has two belt loops at different heights so you can choose. I am 5'4" size 8 women's, and got a S/M in this robe. It fits well, plenty big, but the sleeves are kind of short, which is OK but some may not like. It's basically like one of those soft throw blankets you see at discount stores, made into a bathrobe. So not terribly elegant but fine for everyday use. It is VERY warm, sometimes I get too hot in it, and definitely won't be using it in the warmer parts of the year.Lovely cozy robe. I got a L/XL and it IS large on me, but that's fine and cozy! (I wear size 10/12, 33" inseam). It was NOT as thick as I wanted or expected. It's about the same thinness as the robes you find at all retailers. I went online to get something thicker. NO luck yet! But it is so nice I will keep it. I got the black, which is great. Hope it holds up to washing! I also like how it is designed to fit a woman- eg, shoulders:hip ratio!It is no worse of better than the typical department store robes. It is shorter than expected. Purchased for my wife who is 5’1” and a med. only comes to mid calf. I was expecting it to come to the ankles.For the almost $50 price I expected more luxury.
